Retouch4me Apex 1.211 Update: More Control in Heal with the New Moles Slider and Keep Bindi

Retouch4me Apex 1.211 is now available. This update brings two new features to Heal: a Moles slider for fine-tuning AI-powered mole removal and Keep Bindi, a new option designed in response to user feedback.

Fine-Tune Mole Removal with the New Moles Slider

Heal now includes a new Moles slider, giving you greater control over the intensity of AI-powered mole removal.

Instead of a fixed result, you can now adjust how strongly AI affects detected moles to better match your preferred retouching style and the needs of each image.

At lower values, AI-detected moles remain more visible. As you increase the slider, their visibility is gradually reduced. At the maximum setting, detected moles are completely removed.

The new control helps you achieve the look you want with less manual editing.

Keep Bindi: A Feature Inspired by Your Feedback

We regularly listen to our users and improve Retouch4me based on real-world workflows.

One request we received was the ability to preserve bindis during automatic retouching. With Apex 1.211, we’ve added Keep Bindi to Heal.

When enabled, Heal automatically detects the bindi and excludes it from retouching, helping preserve this important part of the subject’s appearance without any manual restoration.

In Brush mode, the protected area is displayed as a mask, making it easy to see which part of the image will remain untouched.

Keep Bindi is especially useful for photographers working with Indian weddings, portraits, and family photography, where preserving the bindi is an important part of the final image.
