We’ve released a major update to Arams. Now it’s noticeably easier, faster, and more convenient to work with your images. Manual selection and grouping have become more precise and efficient — especially appreciated by those who previously felt constrained. Read on for the full breakdown.
Scale Results to Fit Your Needs
You can now resize images during export. This gives you more control, especially when you need to quickly prepare images for specific requirements.
JPEG from RAW — Faster Than Ever
The new version of Arams allows you to use the embedded JPEG preview from RAW files for both viewing and exporting. This significantly speeds up loading times and simplifies working with large shoots.
Color Tags — Simplified Selection
Color tagging is now supported:
- Apply tags manually
- Filter images by color
- Export tags as metadata
Drag & Drop Between Folders
Organizing your catalog is now easier than ever. You can drag and drop images between folders directly in the interface — no extra dialogs or steps needed.
Improved Previews: Now in Real Time
Adjustments like warmth in Dodge & Burn and brightness/whiteness in White Teeth now render in real time. You see the result immediately and can fine-tune more accurately.
Quickly Remove Rejected Shots
Unwanted images can now be removed faster. Use the context menu (right-click) to delete rejected photos without extra steps — simple and efficient.
More Workspace — When You Need It
You can now collapse side panels to maximize image viewing area. Especially useful on laptops or when working in tight screen space.
Fixes That Matter
Previous issues with people grouping have been resolved. We’ve also introduced a range of enhancements and small fixes that make your day-to-day work in Arams smoother and more stable.
